Underarm Fat ..Bra Overhang Question

Have any of you successfully solved bra overhang / w freezing the tissues or other kinds of laser fat removal like thermage ? Did the results last and what was the cost ?

This is still a real trouble spot on my body ( formerly apple shaped ) . I hesitated to get liposucked here because there are so many sensitive lymph nodes in the underarm that if damaged will cause lifelong lymphedema and arm swelling .

My maternal grandfather had cancer surgery there and suffered a grotesquely swollen arm for the rest of his life so it's a very real threat . Any ideas / experience would b very much appreciated . Ty !
