Surgeon recommendations near Ohio

Hello all. I am here trying to research some information to help my brother. He has lost about 120 lbs through diet and exercise. But he has had loose skin in certain areas even before the weight loss. He is interested in finding a plastic surgeon to remove excess skin in a few areas. He has kept the weight off for about a year now. I'm not sure even where to start my research to find a reputable surgeon or what questions are good to ask. I realize each person's surgery will be different due to how much weight loss, body style, what work a person wants done and etc. If anyone could give me a heads up on how to get started, it would be a great help. I plan to stay on the forum for a bit and do as much research here as I can. Thanks in advance for any information you can give!
