How much did your excess skin weigh?

Random question, I know, and I don't have a ton of excess skin as I was a "light weight" at 208 ish when I had the surgery. I was up to the 250s or 60s at one point but I don't have the apron since I had a tummy tuck to use the fat to reconstruct breasts after a mastectomy prior to WLS.

I'm asking this because I'm still ten pounds from my personal goal of 115 and I have lost my butt, my chest size is smaller than my rib cage measurement when I was in high school and I personally think I look too thin. When I weighed 115 in my early 20s I looked just right, maybe even chubby in my thighs/hips... Is this because I have weight in my saggy skin?

I've been sick for the past month and this is restricting my caloric intake (nausea and stomach cramping) and also limiting my workout so I'm losing muscle mass for the first time. My butt is GONE (never ever thought anyone in my family would ever have this issue!!!!) my pelvis protrudes at my back, my ribs can be seen under or through my (reconstructed) breasts... Yet I'm a good ten pounds above my goal and still dead center in my BMI chart which is significant as I have small bones.

Or will this all kind of level out once I hit goal and things settle in?

I have some minor ulcers in my stomach that is causing me to have a lot of nausea and stomach cramps which is making eating ANYTHING a challenge so I'm trying to focus on protein to slow the muscle loss, and keep moving despite feeling weak (walking now as biking is too much). Of course carbs still go down eaiser than anything else but I'm trying no to think about that when I select my food! If I let my body choose I'd be living on warm pita bread and hummus, with an occasional side of mashed potatoes. Instead plain Greek yogurt with some fresh berries is my main meal, with protein added and protein shakes to make up for the rest of the requirements.

At the point that I hit goal, my BFF described me as "holocausty". You could see my ribs in my chest/back, my face looked gaunt and my whole spine was exposed. I weigh within the same 5lbs now and my edges have softened quite a lot.

I'm 5'7" tall and my high weight was 285lbs or so. I was 130lbs on the day of my plastic surgery and I had a skin apron. I had 2.3lbs removed.

It might be wise to get a body composition scan to find out what your body fat is.

After losing 200 pounds, the skin removed during my lbl was about 2 square feet in area and weighed 3 pounds. I am 5'7" tall and weighed about 140 at the time of my lbl.

I lost 230 pounds. I weighed 188 day of surgery, and had 12.2 pounds of skin removed. The less fat in the excess skin you carry, the less it will weigh.
