Any recommendations for surgeons in British Columbia, Canada?

I have lost 140lbs from having a gastric sleeve, and now am dealing with skin issues.

I am trying to get quotes for Panniculectomy (tummy tuck), arms, legs and breasts.

Also trying to research is these procedures are tax deductible.

Any tips would be helpful. I have looked into Mexico as an option , as the prices are 1/2 but am a little scared.

I don't know about BC but in Ontario only panni and breast reduction is covered if you meet the qualifications.
