Second Round of PS - 12 Years After the First
Hello! I originally had a breast reduction and abdominoplasty in December 2006. I was fairly happy with the results, better than what I looked like before I had the surgery. Hung out between 160-170 for years, then BOOM hit peri-menopause and weight climbed to 192! On December 11th, I went on a Keto-ish diet (you can read my progress HERE). I have lost 35 lbs to date.
The problem? I have deflated worse than EVER since losing this weight. I now have significant "dog ears" on my hips and the sides of my breasts, and my underarms and thighs are hanging worse than they have ever been. I was able to live with them before, but now it's no bueno. I am 44 but I feel my body looks 50 years older than that.
So . . . I am having additional PS on August 31st! After meeting with my surgeon, here is what I am having done after we reviewed what I was unhappy with, plus he was not happy with how my abdominoplasty scar looked:
- Scar revision of mons
- Lipo of abdomen and lateral trunk
- Inner thigh lift w/lipo
- Breast reduction revision
- Brachioplasty (arm lift)
- BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT OMG
About the BBL - super excited about that! I have always been squarish, not much waist and a really flat butt, but we discussed it and since he is going to re-contour my torso anyway using my fat to do a BBL will correct a lot of the loose skin I now have hanging off my butt plus round me out! Waste not, want not, right? LOL
I will come back and post before-and-afters once done :)

Congrats on your loss, but didn't your PS require that you be weight stable for a while before surgery? I'm surprised.
Also are you planning to do all of those procedures at once? From what I know personally and from other people who have had plastics, it is tempting to get it over with, but it also makes it MUCH harder to heal without complications. You are also having significant lipo and that is really hard on your body in addition to the other procedures.
I don't mean to rain on your parade, but you may not be pleased with the results and have a much harder time with recovery.

My butt fat transfer is technically a Brazilian butt lift. Turned out nice so far. Who knows how much I will lose to reabsorption. Please be wary of the thigh lift being done with the other stuff. It's no cake walk with a very high chance of complications (firsthand experience here)! I wish I had listened to others and done that separately.
All the best to you!
I know the degree of thigh lifts can vary, but having had a full thigh lift, I suggest having that in a separate surgery. Highest rate of minor complications of the surgeries.
Plus being able to use my arms to maneuver was crucial.

I had my PS almost 2 months ago and am very happy with the results! I did do everything all at once, and I am really glad I did. The worst part for me were the compression garments - I was able to tolerate them for about a week but once I started weaning off the pain meds I began to have panic attacks. I have been taping my scars instead at the instruction of my surgeon. I look so good, I am very pleased! I still haven't done after photos yet, but I will.
