To those that have had LBL and Butt stuff I have questions
I am considering a 360 lower body lift with butt help/implants or fat transfer. My question is to those that have had this surgery. How in heavens creation did you sit/lay/recline if your not suppose to be on your butt after surgery and you have stitches all around your body and drains. How do you position yourself to rest?
I had the auto-augmentation (where they fold the flap of tissue down to enhance the butt). I had no issues sleeping on my back or sitting down while I was recovering.

I also had auto-augmentation and was able to sit fine, but even at 4 weeks out my butt hurts if I sit more than 1-2 hours.
I had fat transfer to my breasts and they told me that I couldn't lay on them in bed for 3-4 weeks post surgery, to assure the most fat 'lived'. I've heard when they fat transfer to your butt, they give you a special seat cushion.

I had a lower body lift, butt auto-augmentation and breast lift in one (all day) surgery. I was able to lay on my back for recovery. I slept in my bed with a wedge pillow behind me. Sitting up was very painful for a few days due to the abdominal muscle tightening, but I never had any pain around my incisions - in fact my butt and breasts never hurt a bit. Those stomach muscles though! WOWZA! lol
