Looking for advice on equipment/supplies needed for lower body lift and arm lift recovery at...
Hello everyone,
I had VSG in January of 2016 and am currently recovering from a breast lift.
I'm scheduled to have a 360 lower body lift along with a brachioplasty in February.
I have read about people getting various devices to help their recovery along after a lower body lift such as toilet seat risers, walkers, extra compression garments, chair rails for recliners and couches, etc.
Thankfully I already have a comfortable recliner to sleep in and will be with family during my recovery period. I just want to make it as easy as possible on all of us by preparing in advance.
Has anyone had this combination of surgeries and can you tell me what you found useful or what you ended up wishing that you had?
Thanks so much for any help you can offer!
My first reconstructive surgery was this combination. Here's a post I made with my shopping list.

You're welcome. Glad to help.
I did have LBL and brachioplasty at the same time, so if you have questions, I'm happy to answer. It can be challenging with plastics because there are so many different combinations so we rarely get to talk with people who had the same combination we had!

Looking forward to hearing about your journey. I am looking at plastics maybe next year and which parts can be done at the same time, like breasts and arms or lower body lift and arms, and the pros, cons, and experience people have had with these. It sounds very exciting to be close to your surgery and having completed one already!
