Panni in less than a month!
FINALLY!!!
It's been quite a trip trying to get this done, but 4 surgeons later (really long story), I have a date of December 4th at Stanford University! wooooo! happy dance
I do BodyPump (weight lifting lite) and UJam (Cardio hardcore!)...
If I heal well with no complications, when will I be able to start back? I don't want to mess up my incision and cause any internal scarring, so I am totally willing to take things slow. I am in no rush to mess up any future surgeries!
Stay Calm and BodyPump on!
Plan on at least 6 weeks
