I would totally be down with bionic legs. :D Regarding the washing with soap etc after doing business, when I've gone to the doc and had to do urine samples, they had these wet wipes that were castile soap-impregnated. Maybe you can pick up some of those? Might be more convenient than using a washcloth or whatever. Or I guess you can use baby wipes?
Good luck with your surgery. I'm glad your parter is going to be there with you.

I would also love bionic legs. But it would probably disqualify me for races ;)
My cousin also recommended some wipes that she used after giving birth - I ordered a box of them since they seem super useful. And a squeeze bottle thing designed for spraying your bum.
Because clearly I need to buy more things for this surgery :D

Wow it seems like we were just talking the day you had your consultation.... now number three is almost here.
I have to say this is the one surgery where in 20/20 hindsight I would say having a lift chair is awesome. It is practically impossible to get up without putting stress on things.
Personal word of advice- if anything falls on the floor leave it there. :/
I found using a blow dryer on cool setting was best thing for getting things dry down there after shower or bathroom use. And this was the one time that toilet riser was necessary.... I could only straddle and semi-sit on it for a long time, but it made it better.
Will be cheering you and Dr M on, on Monday.
Good Luck!
