Almost 3 years ago at 5'2" & 325 pounds, I NEVER thought I'd EVER feel "Normal" again...

Almost 8 months ago at 5'2" 125 pounds, I still NEVER thought I'd EVER look "Normal" again...

After losing 200 pounds, having a breast lift, arm lift, lower body lift & an inner thigh lift...I FINALLY feel "Normal"... and I feel so blessed to have been given this incredible opportunity and gift!!

I uploaded my before & after tummy pics on my profile and I must say that my surgeon, Dr. Capella & his assistant, Scott are true artists!!

Best wishes to everyone on this journey and a HUGE thank you to the ones who went before me and unselfishly took the time to answer my questions and calm my fears...

I have to say that I don't have a very high tolerance for pain, so I'm always amazed when people on here say "it wasn't too bad"...for me, it was very painful, and this was my 9th surgery, so I'm no stranger to it!

I also had so much fear regarding the incisions splitting, because of other posts I read, so I was extra cautious and I'm happy to report that I didn't have any open up.

Going to the bathroom was quite challenging! I had the funnel, sometimes it worked fine, other times it didn't work at all. I had the toilet seat riser, which did work, however I literally felt like my incisions would pop open whenever I tried to sit, so I quickly learned how to just hover!

I think the most difficult part of all was having patience, as it was my second and final surgery and I just wanted to be healed and done with it!

Once I healed, and I put on shorts, my bathing suit or a short skirt, for the first time, I was so excited and amazed by how I looked!!! No more wrinkly skin hanging and with 200 pounds lost, trust me, there was a lot!!

So it was totally worth it, but I'm so glad that it's not something that I have to go through again!!

I forgot about the funnel and the seat riser. Very hit or miss with the stupid funnel, and yes for a long time I just hovered.

Is there any way, insurance will pay for thigh surgery?

If I looked 1/3 that good after plastics, I'd count myself lucky! Awesome work.
