17 Days Post-Op with Before/After Photo
Today I went back to work and it was alright! At my follow-up on Friday, I got one drain removed - the other one isn't going anywhere any time soon. The color is finally lightening up a bit but my output is still like 75-100mls. I guess it's better than a seroma or a hematoma! I have heard this is common in patients who had massive weight loss and I don't have any hopes that my remaining drain will be removed

Thank you! I definitely wanted to get it all done in one shot. And with how much the tummy tuck hurt, the breasts felt like a cakewalk. :P

i opted for tt only as i didn't think at my age i'd care much about the breasts being done. plus, doing them together would have required being done at the hospital (i work there and wimpo me didn't want to see people i know) as opposed to surgicenter . . . . funny thing is . . . .i had barely any pain with my tt(maybe because no lipo was needed and i've read that's pretty intense) and i'm blown away at how lovely it's turned out! shooting for breast reduction next spring/summer.
back to you, isn't it wonderful looking down and feeling more like yourself?

Ooh! Yes. All of my procedures were done in the surgicenter, at once. Definitely saved me a few bucks. :)
Lipo plus muscle tightening? That was the worst. I was hoping I could escape the tightening since I've never had kids but no-go. :(
So far, I'm really happy with my decision and I can't wait to see how everything is once I'm further healed and not stuck with this drain and bulky binder. The thought of NOT wearing super high-waist pants is completely foreign to me. :) Did you find yourself starting to make different clothing choices after your TT?

Thank you so much! I really was always in the "wishful thinking" camp when it came to ending up with excess skin. I thought I may get lucky. Not so much. So far, I'm happy with my decision and can't wait what it looks like a month down the line.
