10 Days to Surgery!
I decided on an LBL and lift with no implants!
I went in there pretty set on just doing the tummy tuck and then he lifted all my skin and showed me what he could do I was like "Oh...yeah I need that."
We also discussed implants, and he expressed concerns over A) my age and how many times I'd need to replace them and B) that I have a protruded chest wall that he thinks implants would like strange on while naked. He did some 3D imaging for me, but when I felt up the implants and looked at the pictures I just felt like it wasn't for me. He said I'll be a big B or maybe a very small C. He doesn't think he can do much natural augmentation during the surgery because I don't have a lot of under arm fat left, but maybe some. He did say he could potentially do a fat transfer later, most likely though only in conjunction with another procedure (like my arms) where he could recruit fat.
Edited to add: it's booked for 1/29/18!

TOTALLY agreed on the muscles obviating all other pain. My arms were a cakewalk compared to the muscle stuff. And my abs are still not 100%. Maybe 95%. Totally worth it though. :D
Speaking of lack of modesty.. I spent yesterday with my bff and she commented on my rocking arms and I was like, "omg, you should see my abdomen, can I show you my abdomen?" I pulled up my dress, pulled my girdle down a bit, and bared abdomen for her to admire :P She was suitably impressed!

I struggled a lot, too, with whether a TT would be enough, and did end up going with just the TT, as opposed to the LBL. I have also always been a flat-butt chick, and it doesn't bother me. There is a bit of loose skin on my bottom but again, not enough to really bother me. My back is totally loose skin free, and so are the backs of my legs. With an LBL, I would eliminate the minimal amount of butt sag I have, but ultimately have ended up with an even flatter tush after everything was tightened. And I really didn't want to then get into fat transfers or butt augmentation. So far, I am very happy with my decision to just do the TT.
I did end up going with implants, though. That was much more important to me than having a nicer booty. I have always been a larger-chested girl. I lost A LOT of volume in my breasts after losing weight. My surgeons advised me that I would end up as a small C cup with just a lift. I wasn't happy with that and wanted to be larger and fuller. I got reeeally small implants placed - 250cc and 280cc (one boob was slightly bigger than the other). With those plus the fat I had in my breasts, I'll likely end up as a DD or E. I'll be happy with either.
Yes, implants do have to get redone every 10-15 years but every surgeon I saw advised me that it was a really easy procedure (roughly 45 mins - 1 hour) with very little downtime and recovery. And of course, the $4k or so in cost. I was willing to do that for the confidence factor.

I had lipo on my saddlebags - clothes really fit better. I'm glad I did that lipo.
(and the fat was harvested for a breast lift)
