Pulling at incisions 4 weeks post op

Thanks. I hate to say it, but at 60 some things take more time and I think this healing is one of them. I am starting to feel more comfortable, after 2 weeks, the drains came out!!!!

I have been researching general swelling recovery. I read one dr: 50% of swelling subsides over the first month. 25% the next and the remainder the third month. That is pretty much what I had with my BL and arm lifts last year, but I had to keep wearing the compression garments for another 3 months or the swelling would return with normal activity.

Hope you get answers at your next dr meeting. My dr's infection alarm goes off at a temp of 101.5, if that is any comfort to you.
