Here is one from this morning. More swelling down low near my incisions.

I shower and clean the them twice a day. So tedious.

You absolutely look great! Absolutely perfect. Seems soooo worth it...all your hard work...great job.

For me the secret was to stay in a recliner and have my husband bring me food and water. The most I rested the quicker the swelling was gone.

One shopping trip set me back at least one and probably two weeks on having drains removed. When I finally stopped trying to move around and exercise, the pain went away, the drains stopped draining and the swelling went away.

My husband had been so awesome. I can't even say how great this man is. I'm still using a shower chair, and then I call him and he'll come move it to the bedroom in front of the mirror so I can clean and dress my incisions.

Thank you, I feel wonderful. I was nervous going in, and the first few weeks have not been easy, but then i look in the mirror, and I'm happy.

Great work! Make sure you are eating tons of protein as that will help you heal fast. I went into a pool about a month post-op after TT as I was healed enough by then.

You give me so much hope for my poor breasts! Did you have augmentation or just a lift? You look fantastic!

Just a lift. I had a lot of breast tissue.

Seriously, I had the same thought. If my boobs look this good after just a lift, I will be a super happy camper!
