My brother has also lost over 100lbs (no surgery for him though) and when we were on vacation in NC we both had to show each other how our belly skin looked like a dog who just had puppies when we got in push up position. I'm just fascinated that there is that much hanging skin, and how damn skinny I am if you bunch that up and take it away. I can't wait to be rid of that!

I did take photos of myself and looked at them (not in the mirror) to decide what I wanted the most. It was helpful. If you post them, you do not need to post your face - just the body shots.

I think they can do a mons lift by itself.

I am getting just a TT and my surgeon does a mons lift with it. So it's not just a matter of pulling everything down, but also pulling everything up. He mentioned that the appearance will vastly improve. So hooray for that!!

I just had a tummy tuck/ abdominalplasty ( same thing), and my surgeon also did a mons lift at the same time. My cost was around $6500. In October I will have a breast lift and my arms done. That will be around $11,000. As mentioned above, cost varies significantly by surgeon, region, and level of difficulty.

Wow I'm suprised the tummy tuck and mommy lift is so much cheaper than breast lift and arms.

I also am combining procedures - breast lift, augmentation, tummy tuck, and lipo of flanks. My total cost was roughly $16,000 for all at once. Costs definitely vary by area and surgeon but combining procedures usually yields in significant savings.
