Can anyone recommend plastic surgeons in California. I am not against travel just looking for someone who does a great job and is reasonably priced.

I live in Sacramento and went to Dr Sauceda in Monterry Mexico. I wanted it all done in 1. Work wouldn't let me keep taking time off. Dr Sauceda specializes in WLS patients.

I've just started looking into Dr. Sauceda and he sounds very promising. Besides the group here, does he also have a Facebook page? I found him on Realself.com, as well. What was your recovery like having so many procedures at once?

The secret FB group is for postops. Dr Sauceda talked about another FB group for prospective folks looking into PS.

The group here on OH does have info dating back to 2009 and several posts with questions, answers and lots of details when traveling for PS.

I took 8 weeks off for my recovery from LBL, BL, arms, sm thigh and a full facelift including upper and lower lids. I was almost 59. I had a very uneventful recovery. But, I followed the directions to the letter. No lifting, no exercise expect for walking for 6-8 weeks, wouldn't have been up to even then. I stayed in my garment for 3 full months, then nightly due to swelling.

In central CA, I had a lipectomy with Dr. John Burnett (through St. Agnes)just six weeks ago. I was referred to him by a friend that had a breast reduction last summer. Great Dr and team. I also have two other friends that have had WLS and went with Kay Riolo (spelling?).

thanks that is not far from me as i am about 45 minutes from St Agnes. I will definently consider him when i schedule for consultants.
