Lift First THEN Augment? Hard Time Choosing

LIfts and augmentations get done together all the time. I understand your hestitancy. From your pics it does look like you might be able to get away with just a TT. I also know from my own experience once one part is fixed, the other part maynot look as good as you thought.

Yes! I never ever considered it wouldn't be something I couldn't combine so I was very surprised at splitting up the procedures.

The one surgeon *****commended the LBL kinda mentioned the same thing as far as not being satisfied with the full result and me having "dog ears," but I also kind of felt that he had his mind set on what he thought I needed prior to even examining me - just because he knew that I was a person who lost a massive amount of weight. Like, he assumed what my excess skin would look like. If that makes sense?
