YAY!  I'm super excited for you!   I, too, have a $42,000 bill for all the plastics, but I'm just doing my arms (May 8th) and LBL (Oct 2nd) right now.  I'll save up for thighs and boobs over the next couple of years.

How exciting!

All sounds good.  I understand you want to get it all done asap but I think spreading it out is a little better.  That way things from the previous procedure have a chance to settle a bit and you can get 'old' things tweaked if they need it.  I spread my procedures out - for each subsequent thing we did, we went back and touched up old things.  I think overall, it reduced the cost.  Some of my final tweaks were even in office procedures - good luck!!!

I had a lower body lift, breast lift, arms and small thigh lift, 4 days later a full face lift with upper and lower lids.  I was 59.5 and was off for 8 weeks.  Work wouldn't allow me to keep taking time off.  It was also less than your first surgery will be.  I'm very happy with my results.  I did go back 2 yrs later for an upper body lift.

The upper Body Lift and leg lift are more optional, and as DCGirl said sometimes you don't know until you have the others done.

Legs were on my 'maybe list' but I ended up doing it. I am a lot older than you though, so you may have a better result on the thighs. Like DCgirl said even though my thighs look better they don't look like someone's whose never been MO even with surgery. At least for me they don't look like I'm 90 anymore.

If you have an infection you will go back to Dr M. Call his service...He makes himself available. If you have a serious trauma like I did, I went to the ER and it was covered. If I had lived closer Dr M said he would have just had me come to the office. That being said, as long as it took me in ER I could have driven to Dr M. LOL.

In your contract with him, it says any follow visits including complications are covered in his fees. If it required going back into surgery (which wouldn't happen) you would still have to pay Hospital and Anesthesia.
