Plastic Surgeons in Washington State?

Sounds like me are in the same boat. I was over 450lb at my heaviest and I am looking to get this junk removed along with breast, thighs, and arms too.

Update:

I ended up having 4 consultations and decided to have the arm lift and breast lift plus lipo with Dr Potyondy here in Tacoma. I had it a little over a week ago (6/15/17) and am still covered in surgical tape and swollen, but I think I do like my results so far. I really liked the Dr. and his staff. I won't be having my LBL with him because he can't do that in his office. I am hoping to get my insurance to approve a portion of that surgery. This isn't cheap!
