Breast Augmentation at My Age?

I had my BL at 49. I did not think I had enough tissue left - but having the big boobs all my life - I really wanted to have them small. A or B - would have been fine for me. I had enough tissue (no fat left) to end up with size size C.  Over next few years- fat redistribution, some regain and losses - I am back to size  D. Thought at my higher weight - I was DD.. and not all DD were large enough. 

I am back to below my goal now - but "my girls" are holding steady - solid D.  I have a super flat ass, even my legs got skinny...

I personally would not want anything like an implant. There are padded bras, small silicon pads.. etc.. but having small boobs - and not have them "in a way"when I exercise - is a great thing.
