Limited range of motion with extended Brachyioplasty and Mastioplasty

At 6 months I pretty much have full motion.  I am not sure why you are testing your scars so early.  You paid thousands, if not tens of thousands on PS, so don't stress your arms and give yourself crappy scars. 

Every once in awhile I would strecth too much, too early - like if I forgot that I just had surgery and reached for something.  Ouch - so don;t do it.  I used the BioCorneum and at 6 months I still wear my compression sleeves at work but not on the weekend.  I am a teacher, so very active during the week.  I have about 40 inches of scars so I am ready for my 3rd bottle of BioCoreum (plus some scar away I bought at CVS to use before the second bottle arrived).

You had hours and hours of surgery and prob have incisions nearly as long as mine - it is a 6 months recovery, not a 6 week. My scars are becomming thin red lines and some places are not red anymore, but it will be months more till the scars really begin to fade.  Have patience.
