Silicone tape?
opinions yes or no on silicone pads for recovery? They are very costly so just want feedback And recommendation on brands?

My surgeon uses Cica. They work but takes time and you need to use 24/7

It comes in a square. You cut to size or strip. Reusuable.

I used this silicone tape, it comes in a wider version too amazon silicone tape
I do rinse it off and let it dry, it get resticky...for a few times anyway.
My doc had given me scar cream- so I used the tape more as protection on areas that were sensitive and so the suture lines between my arms and breasts had protection and weren't irritating each other.
This is the scar cream- scar cream my scars have done amazing well... even other docs are amazed at them.... Doc had given me some as part of my package, but bought more for cheaper off ebay...
