Has anyone had a Panniculectomy and Breast Reduction w/Lift??

I started out at 326 and am currently 250 after VS surgery in 2014. I have a very large belly and will be having a panni done this upcoming Tuesday... August 30th. I am also having a breast reduction and lift done the same day. One night stay.

I am just looking for advice and or before and after pics of people who have done the same thing as I am doing.

I appreciate any information. The part that freaks me out the most are the drains!  YUCK!

I had a lbl/bl at the same time. Not quite the same surgery you are having, but similar. I used Dr. LoMonaco in Houston.

My favorite things were the toilet seat riser and unscented maxi pads from the dollar store to use instead of gauze, which is expensive.

Have you had consults with a few different doctors?  That is the most important thing/

Im very confident with my Dr as I have known him for over 30 years.  He has better ratings than any of the other Dr's near me as well.

Even if I knew him for 40 years, I still suggest another consult.   Even if all it did was confirm that I picked the best to begin with.  I've had two plastic surgeries of 8-hours each and that is the best advice I have for anyone.

I sense you will not get a second consult, but I put the thought out there for others who will read this at the start of their plastic journey.

Best wishes

I respect that you wanted more than one consult, I am choosing not too.  Plus, my surgery is in 6 days. But, yes for others, I think they should get other opinions.

Yes, people should plan on more than one consult. 2 of my consults said I would have 2 anchor scars for the breast lift.  The third found a way where I have one lollipop and the other scar is just around the nipple.
