Yes have had pain from flat butt .... over time it did seem to get better, I think you begin to adjust how you sit maybe. That being said long trips are a killer.
I had Lower Body Lift 6 weeks ago, which I think is the same as belt lipectomy... and the surgeon transferred fat into my butt during that. W/o fat transfer you would end up with an even flatter butt.
Doesn't really make sense to do fat transfer first if you want belt lipectomy. Just make sure you get a doc who augments during the procedure.

There was no extra expense for the fat transfer during lower body lift. The surgeon I went to (Dr. Michaels, DC area) it is just part of his standard protocol...
