To implant or not?

I am going with the lift then a year later when I get my legs done I will need to make a decision. Did I like the smaller boobs or would I wan to do implants. But right now I am flat as can be and if I am sitting - I cannot fill out the cups in this 36DD. All things will come in due time.
Right now I am wearing a 36D... but you know how it is...you don't really fill it out. My boobs are different sizes, if they were both the size of the larger, he could make me a C. Not sure what will happen, but decided I need to be patient.
I haven't had Part 2 yet and am already thinking maybe by next Spring I'll be ready for my thighs both mentally and financially.

I will have the same decision but I think I will be an A/B after the lift (I had to delay my UBL for a year because shoulder surgery took presidence). Dr Capella recommends two step (although I didn't ask I assume that flat boobs put less stress on all the inscisions until they heal and then 6 months later they can take the stress of implants).
Personally, if I were a B/C after the UBL that would be fine and I would not bother having implants and risk incapsulation scars and a second surgery. If I end up an A- cup after the UBL, I might do the implants later, but I'm hoping if Dr Capella saves and repositions all the breast tissue I have, that I can be a B without the implants.
(I was usually a B/C, even when heavy)

Right now I am a DD and have been as high as a G. I have had big breast my whole life and I sort of looking forward to something more "perky". I will be ready to book surgery sometime in May and right now just the LBL. I love the look of implants and the fullness they have. Maybe a fat transfer will be possible, but I have to see what Dr. Capella can do with these girls when the time coles.
I will do the UBL in about a year.
That makes sense - after you do the LBL you may want to have the top balance with your 'new bottom' - so the year will give you a chance to get accustomed to your new appearance and decide what you want on top.
Best wishes for a successful outcome next month.
