Hi .. I had maintained a perfect figure till my pregnancy. But it was over after the first deliver. My husband is not interested in me now a days due to my misshaped and unappealing structure. He is telling that I'm not bothered about the fat and I'm not doing any workouts. But I'm really fed up with strict diets and exercises. Now I'm planning a mommy makeover in a Mississauga based clinic- McLean clinic and the thing I want to ask you is that - Do I need an arm lift surgery along with mommy makeover? Or will the arm fat is removed by mommy makeover itself? Thanks for your valuable recommendations in advance!

Having plastic surgery to lose weight instead of dieting and exercise is not a good idea. Lose weight first, then get plastic surgery.

Generally speaking, a "Mommy Makeover" is whatever you want it to be. Talk to the surgeon about what you want done.

Plastic surgery is for the removal of skin.  Some fat will come with the skin, but you should be at or around the weight you plan to maintain when you have the surgery.  There won't be any significant weight loss from the surgery itself.

To your question, the classic mommy makeover is a tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation.  It typically doesn't include the arms.  You can add whatever procedures you want as long as you can pay for them!

Go to a consult with a surgeon and see what he/she says about the results you can expect and what they recommend.

If you posted more info about yourself - HW, CW, surgery date, etc, you might able be to get more specific answers.
