Order of importance
If you can afford to have it all done, ask the surgeon his suggestions. They usually have a certain combination they are used to doing. If we need a lot done, most surgeons split it into 2 surgeries (part of the reason is so that they can touch up anything that needs touching up from part 1).
Personally, I could only afford my arms when I had round one so that is all I got done. They bothered me the most and the rest I could hide with shapewear.

I did it all at once. Work was only going to allow me one block of time off for disability. I had a LBL, BL, arms, and small thigh lift. Then 4 days later I had a full face lift. I was off for 8 weeks. I did go back 2 yrs later for a UBL. The front was great, but the upper back was a mess.
