Post Bariatric Skin Removal Surgeon? Manitoba, Winnipeg

I am a Winnipeg resident that had two bariatric surgeries, the¥ were in Montreal as I was too heavy for Manitoba. As a result I did not go through the program here. Does anyone know a surgeon here in Winnipeg that does post weight loss skin removal , that is covered by Manitoba Health ?
