Has anyone had a body lift and is more than a few years out?

Since I am only a couple years out I can't comment on this, but I would suggest you contact someone who is one of the leading surgeons when it comes to post WLS patients.  Not only is he a top surgeon but he also teaches other Plastic Surgeons new techniques when it comes to such surgeries.  He did not do my LBL but I have spoken with him on several occasions.  He is most willing to talk and answer any questions you may have.  He is very willing to help as he has a special calling to work with previously obese patients, and if anyone would be able to answer your questions he would.  His name is Dr. Peter Fisher, he is located in San Antonio Texas, here is his contact info. www.peterfishermd.com

"He says that eventually the material used to tighten the muscles in the stomach eventually do come loose and they even break!"

What??? I have never heard this in my life. If there are bulges I believe it is more likely due to weight gain.

I had my lbl 4 years ago. No bulges here. I guess I have 6 more years until they appear

I wish one of the plastic surgeons who post on this board would comment on this.

I had a lower body lift, breast lift, arms, sm thigh lift and a full facelift 5 yrs ago, no change for me.  I did go back for an upper body lift 3 yrs ago.  I know Dr Sauceda uses gummy's for his breast augmentation, I don't think they have to be replaced.

You do want to go see a PS that specializes in weight loss patients.  We're not asking for a little mommy make over, but major body reconstruction.
