Plastic Surgery Away From Home

Now that the obsession of have WLS and getting to goal is over, the obsession begins with getting my body look like a normal body should. I am in the foreign service and posted in Africa so I was considering plastics in South Africa since the medical care there is amazing. Has anybody had plastics in South Africa and can give me a recommendation? I need to do a LBL, UBL, correct the sagging boobs, and some lipo. Any and all recommendations welcome. Thanks.
