Fat Injected Into Nasolabial Folds?

That's what my plastic surgeon said. That it doesn't stay in the nasolabial folds for very long. He said "save your money" but having fat transfer to the top of my hands was a different story. It takes and stays very well

I definitely think your estimate is high . Also be careful because our posture particularly around the neck area changes dramatically over the years post op ( as long as you take your calcium and do your yoga ) .

Its kind of like a turtle coming out of its shell... we start with hunched shoulders and forward head and end up with a long , beautiful neck usually if we can drop the shoulders . If you had a tightening surgery prematurely you may not be able to release your neck ... if straight posture is a priority for you of course it definitely isn't one for everyone here ..
