Arm Skin Surgery..... Good surgeons in Columbus OH area?????

So I am going to be a year out from RNY in Nov.  And I have lost roughly 90lbs.  I hate my arm fat...... It is really bothering me.....

Is it ok to have this done before you two year mark?

And what are the price ranges you guys have experienced?

I have several thing I would like to tackle and wondering what my cheapest options are. 

I was thinking it might be cheaper to get more then one thing done in the long run.

Any help or advise would be appreciated.
