Nasolabial Folds issue
on 7/28/15 4:09 pm
After losing 125lbs and hitting my goal, most of my body is a little wrinkly but ok. My face is looking a lot like a St Bernard though due to heavy Nasolabial Fold on both sides of my nose.
I found a PS in NY for a Nasolabrial Fold excision but the cost is very high, especially when combined with a neck lift.
Does anyone have any experience with this, and any dr recommendations?
I would get some recommendations on fillers first to see if that helps. What I was told is that a neck lift is basically a lower face lift and would not address the nasolabial folds at all. You'd need a complete face lift to address neck and the middle of the face (nasolabial folds), which was maybe why your estimate came in high.
I agree!! My nasolabial folds are horrible, too. I know I need a facelift to take care of them. When I win the lottery, it is the next thing I am having done

Her nasolabial folds were causing issues when she slept on her side, closing her nasal airway.
