Need help!!

Hi guys! My sister is seriously considering to do mommy makeover surgery. She is planning on to consult doctor Dr. Power from Power Plastic Surgery in Toronto( http://www.powerplasticsurgery.com/body-procedures-toronto/tummy-tuck/ ). She is bit curious to know about many things like the procedure of the surgery, its recovery time, etc. She is 40 years old and is a diabetic patient. Does doing this surgery cause any other problem? Will the recovery be difficult for her? All such information will be helpful.

Your sister will get much better information by going to realself.com and searching on her specific surgeon and reading all the posts of people who've had her type of surgery.  She'll get a broader pool of people and much better response than she would from this forum.  This forum isn't super-active right now.  

All surgeries have the potential to cause other problems and the recovery process is unique to each person.  Some peolple breeze through and others develop every complication possible.  

If her diabetes is well-controlled then her healing shouldn't present a problem.  If she's not well-controlled then surgery is never a good idea because of healing issues.
