Differences between before and after plastic surgery effect

thank you so very much for giving me information about before and after plastic surgery,what shall i do and what i shall not to do.
i understood that botox can't reduce my sweating problem. Is it possible to reduce through facial contouring surgery. Do you have knowledge about this procedure?

If i do facial contouring surgery, it is helpful to reduce sweating problem ? i am sure it may help to refresh my skin but is it long lasting or it has limitation of time such as 1/2 years like people do hair straightening for 6 months or 1 year?
