BCBSIL - Plastic Surgery?

Has anyone been approved for any needs with BCBS IL?? Does anyone have links to forums maybe that this has been discussed?

Your insurance coverage is dictated by your employer. Not one person here would have the exact coverage you have, unless they work at your same employer. Call your insurance and ask about your specific coverage. 

I had United healthcare Colorado, my friend has the same and her employer covers plastics - mine does not.

I have BCBSIL under my mother who works for the government in health care. I think it made depend on what your employer coverage offers.

As far as procedures they cover in general, I turn to there medical policies page and search what I am looking for like plastic surgery, skin removal, breast reduction, etc.
