Hey Kathy/Sarah, was there a final decision in this case or still ongoing?? I've finally reached 400, down 450 lbs. And was just Denied the Panni due to no skin rashes as I look after myself. One open rash was enough. Thus I have 60 days now to Appeal. But have thought of a Class Action Suit in Florida against Humana. As I've found a Plastic Surgeon willing to be paid by & at Insurance rates.

I found this...it appears the Judge is not happy with both sides and have asked for more information.
