It depends. If it is just skin maybe 3-5 pounds. If there is fat attached possibly 10-15 pounds. After losing 200 pounds my skin that was removed weighed about 5 pounds.

I lost 140 pounds and just had my panni done with an upgrade to full TT. I had a lot of loose skin above my belly button and up so my surgeon and I decided on the vertical incision. He pulled the skin in so I got a bit of back lift too. At first he estimated 3lbs but it ended up being 5. Skin doesn't weigh as much as you would think.
Mine was around 5lbs. The scale did not reflect the change... weighed the same after as before lol.
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
