So far so good - surgeries yesterday. Can't wait to see my new stomach!

i had an epidural to help with pain - plus gen anthesia. Got a little nausea last night but never threw up.

Right now there's no pain but I haven't gotten out of bed yet. Catheter still in.

So glad it's over- good news is that plastic surgeon removed 7 lbs of skin & fat!!

Will prob get out of hospital tomorrow. Here's to no coughing or laughing!

Wow! I need to cough but it hurts too much!

Still have my catheter & epidural- going to remove those tomorrow.

Sat in chair for an hour. Any steps. I'm not in any pain except when I move or cough!

can't  wait to see my new tummy!

How did you coordinate your two surgeries at one time? This is something I was considering doing. Did you have a lot of trouble with your female organs? I have had three surgeries for ovarian issues in the past and have severe adhesions.

I think it's pretty common to have a hysterectomy and tummy tuck at the same time.  I was having some problems.

The good thing is having the night (and I had two) in the hospital that insurance covers.  I paid for Plastic surgeon's fee and the anthesis for the tummy tuck time.  Both doctors said this was a lot and to take it very easy.

Make sure your are moving your legs. If in the hospital it is wise to have the alternating pressure stockings on! God luck!
