Hello All - Im a Lurker here but wanted to contribute to this community and give you my experiences regarding the surgery I had on 10/30 a LBL and butt aug using the skin/fat from my tummy tuck.

I love the results and my doctor (I'll post pics when i get them from my DR).  He is very hands on from changing my bandages to even putting in my IV.  I went to 3 regions and Im very happy of my choice.

I got the pain pump and was off pain meds after 48 hours post surgery and was walking upright and fine 3 weeks out.

I really wanted my ass to be a "D" shape and this surgeon I chose is the only one in the US who uses the skin/fat from  the tummy tuck to augment the butt.  I have a clinched in waist to match as well.

I wont lie the first 5 days post surg are rough but after that it was mostly fine.  No open wounds but very minor serona that went away on its own.

Im very grateful on this turkey day and I'm not regretting the decision to have this surgery.

My surgeon also does autoaugmentation of the buttocks.  I have to say that this may be my second favorite thing after just losing the pannis in the surgery.  Really glad to see you have big thanksgiving day celebration for your surgery!  It is quite a change isn't it?

Lots of surgeons do the buttock auto-augmentation including mine.

Glad to hear you are happy with your results.
