I just e-mailed Rachelle. You had mentioned this possibility in a reply to a post I wrote a few weeks ago. I am interested in exploring this further. 

I also highly recommend Dr. Sauceda! I am 20 days post op lbl, bl, and arms with him. Stitches out tomorrow, yay! :). The forum here on OH goes over everything to expect each step of the way. I am so happy I had the work done and loved Dr. Sauceda and his team.
