Nervous!!! Help!!
I had an extended TT with lipo a few years ago.. there was really nothing I purchased prior except for yoga pants since I knew I would be swollen and wanted to be as comfortable as possible. I liked wearing a tank top UNDER the compression but already had a lot of them. My surgeon sold silicone gel for the scars, but you can order online.. currently I order from amazon (I had an arm lift BA/BL in July)
Everything went fine... I will say everything is VERY tight after and I was hunched like a little old lady for a while... I think it wasn't until around 6 weeks I could stand upright. Told everybody at work I pulled a muscle in my back!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
