Hello Julia.  I ended up needing gallbladder surgery just 6 weeks after my LBL with muscle tightening.  Four weeks following my gallbladder surgery I had a colonoscopy. I understand your concern but for me neither surgery had any negative impact on my LBL or muscle tightening.

I have also had a complete hysterectomy but did so prior to my vsg surgery.  It was a davinci robotic  laperoscopic surgery.

Go for it! You will do great!

Hugs, -Teresa

If you have had the TT at least a year or more, it would be unusually for this to cause a problem unless it was really overinsuflated during surgery. You can ask for a vaginal procedure and you could have your plastic surgeon there to tighten up any

I recommend you look at the American Society of Bariatric Plastic Surgeons website(www.ASBPS.org) for plastic surgeons with special interest in bariatric plastic surgery. We are all certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
