FINAL CHECK-UP NECK LIFT before and after pics

Sorry about the size--geeze, I just can't seem to figure this out...but, well, anyways...had my last check up with the plastics surgeon.. He wants to do a little "tweeking"- but I think I'm done.  Huge improvement: not perfect. but alright with me...this has been quite the trip.

Yah, right...He thinks he can make the laugh lines dissappear.

Surgeons think they're artists.  And they're willing to scrape the paint off and re-paint until they get the look they want.  But it's the patient that has to go through all the recovery - and every "tweak" comes with the risk of something else going wrong.

Anyway, what's wrong with laugh lines?  

You're my kindred spirit, here---I'm 60, now, and have no problem looking it....That said, my surgeon did a wonderful job, if I do say so myself.  When I was so heavy in my 40's and 50's, I swear I felt like I was in my 80s-...now, Thank God, I get to relive my 40's again.

Your side views look really great! How was the recovery?

Recovery unremarkable...At about ...6/7? weeks out, all the scabbing is gone..feeling is coming back under the chin and ears...Dr. said that there is a true possibility that the spots right in front of my ears-on the far side of the face, may never come all the way back; but, that (self report from his other patients- no big deal).  I have been really blessed with no issues with all of my plastics surgeries.  bonnie 

You look amazing!  Hey, if he wants to tweak, I'd let him :). It's nice to see a surgeon kind of OCD about his results and it may mean longer lasting results!
