It happens to me but I did not get my muscles tightened, I have to keep my tummy sucked in...what else is new....

I don't think there was any muscle tightening on me above the belly button either, which is where it happens.

You know, now that you mention it, the same thing happens to me sometimes. And yes, it is usually when I eat too much. I chalked it up to being my tummy being too full and since there is less fat to hide it now, when my belly gets distended because it is full, I can actually see it.

Yes thats exactly how I feel it too but funnily enough nothing ever distends on the lower part which is hard as rock...just like the abds I have always dreamed of! Anyway, I have now figured out what the tipping point is and will just have to eat on the lower side of that pop out trigger. That way nothing will resemble the rolling hills. What a trip this is...
