Having 3 procedures at the same time?

Well my doctor is saying that he prefers that I only do 2 procedures... The arms and the tummy together. He doesnt feel that it is safe to be under sedation for the time it would allow to do the breasts as well... Boo! 

So I guess I will have to do it in multiple stages :( I guess I can do the thighs and the breasts at the same time on the next round.
