plastic surgeons IL

was just wondering if anyone has gotten plastic surgery done and covered by insurance and what you had to qualify for.  Also where did you go in Illinois?

We are able to get coverage for our patients, either from California or elsewhere but every plan and insurance carrier is different. We submit all documentation as well as photos. It does take much time for this process but worth it to cut our patients expenses!
