Looking for Good Plastic surgeon referrals in Mexico

I am currently nearing the end of my weight loss phase and am looking for referrals to great plastic surgeons in Mexico. I had my gastric sleeve done there and was soooo happy that I did it. My clinic there has a plastics side aswell, but I can't find much info or reviews on it. Has anyone ever had work done at the Ariel center in Tijuana? Who would you recommend? Canada and the US are way to pricey for me.

Dr. Sauceda in Monterray,MX is excellent. I had a large round of plastics with him in January and am doing great with no complications.
