I ate a ton once I started feeling decent after my LBL, BA/BL.  I was famished ALL THE TIME.  I also ate very healthy and exercised a lot prior to the plastics.  I did not gain any weight, and I did make some not so stellar food choices but I haven't felt that hungry since I was breastfeeding :)  I think you'll be fine.  Your body will be in metabolic overdrive from the healing, so as long as you're not only eating slider foods or drinking your calories, you should be fine.

I had a LBL and BL in November 2011.  Prior to that I was an avid exerciser doing boot camp and running several days a week.  I was back to walking (very slowly) up to a mile within two weeks of surgery, and progressed each day with the distance.  I was running again after a month.  Being as fit as you are, and if you are complication free, you should be right back to where you are in very little time.  I didn't gain any weight after plastics, and ate like a horse for several weeks.

Keep in mind, I am a "super healer" and tend to bounce back very quickly.
