Almost two weeks out from lower face/neck lift... Oh, my poor ears!

There is numbness and tightness around the ears for weeks and some patients say that the feeling of a band goes only in several months. Patients are usually presentable within a two week period. I have been doing more of these surgeries under a purely local anesthesia with quicker usually recovery, less complications. My patients seem to be preferring this.
